The model of the Matrice 350 RTK is almost ready for flight, requiring the addition of two TB65 flight batteries for its dual-battery system and a payload gimbal camera (all not included). Out of the box is a drone that can handle harsh weather conditions, deliver stable, HD, and long-range data transmissions with O3 Enterprise, and intuitive flight control with the included DJI RC Plus controller. To help keep the drone running long-term, a host of enhanced flight safety features are built-in, and one year of Care Plus coverage is included. Multi-Payload Support With an E-Port open interface, the Matrice 350 RTK can support up to three simultaneous payloads. You can choose from single or dual downward gimbals or a single upward gimbal (no gimbals are included). Choose from a wide variety of DJI Zenmuse or third-party gimbal cameras. Long Distance and Extreme Weather The DJI Matrice 350 RTK is built to handle demanding professional missions in harsh environments. With O3 Enterprise transmission uses a four-antenna system for control and live data feeds up to 12.4 miles away. The motor of the drone is capable of horizontal speeds up to 52 mph. The frame of the drone can handle altitudes of up to 4.4 miles, winds up to 27 mph, and temperatures from a chilling -4° to a blistering 122°F. DJI O3 Enterprise Transmission A four-antenna system on both the Matrice and RC Plus is used for long-range control and data transmission, as well as minimizing interference. The RC Plus intelligently selects the best 2 antennas for transmission, while all four antennas on the drone simultaneously receive signals. Once in flight, this system is capable of triple-channel 1080p live feeds and a maximum range of 12.4 miles. RC Plus Controller Included with the Matrice 350 RTK is an RC Plus controller with a 7" bright, 1200-nit color display. It runs DJI Pilot 2 for the display of flight information and provides pilots with control over both the drone and optional payload. Control is made to be flexible and intuitive, with customizable buttons on the front, back, and top. If dedicated piloting and gimbal operation are needed, the remote supports dual operators. Nearly as robust as the Matrice 350 RTK, the RC Plus is IP54 rated for significant dust and water resistance in harsh weather. The missions that you fly with the RC Plus can be highly sensitive, which is why DJI offers multiple data security methods, such as media data encryption, AES-256 video transmission encryption, a local data mode, one-tap clear all device data, and support for the Cloud API. Enhanced Flight Safety Arm Lock Indicator: Arm lock detection will notify you on the controller display if any of the arms are unlocked, preventing you from taking off until they are all set in the locked position. Night-Vision FPV Camera: Working together with the PinPoint function, the night-vision camera can clearly display surrounding objects on the controller. Six-Directional Sensing and Positioning: The Matrice 350 RTK can sense objects in nearly every direction and avoid them automatically, thanks to a six-directional binocular vision system and infrared sensing system. Multilayered Redundancy Design: With redundant components in both the aircraft and sensor systems, flights are able to continue and objects are avoided if certain components fail in harsh operating environments. No obstante, entendemos que puede haber situaciones en las que un cliente desee hacer una devolución. Las siguientes políticas detallan los procedimientos a seguir para cambios y devoluciones: Periodo de Devolución Los clientes tienen derecho a devolver los productos dentro de los 15 días calendarios siguientes a la fecha de entrega. Para iniciar el proceso de devolución, el cliente deberá contactarnos para coordinar una cita en la cual procederemos a la recepción del equipo y a la gestión del reembolso correspondiente. Estado del Producto Para cualificar para una devolución completa, los artículos deben estar en la misma condición en que se recibieron, sin daños, sin signos de uso y en su embalaje original con todos los accesorios y manuales incluidos. Los productos que no cumplan con estas condiciones, podrán ser sujetos a cargos adicionales o ser rechazados para devolución. Restock Fee En el caso de que el cliente decida devolver el equipo tras abrirlo y sin ningún defecto de fábrica, pero simplemente por insatisfacción, se aplicará un cargo por restock del 15% sobre el valor del equipo. Esta tarifa cubre la depreciación del producto y los costos asociados con la preparación del producto para su reventa. Documentación Necesaria Para procesar cualquier cambio o devolución, es imprescindible que la persona que efectuó la compra presente su identificación oficial y una copia del comprobante de compra original. Productos con Desperfectos Técnicos Si un cliente recibe un equipo con defectos técnicos, deberá dirigirse directamente al fabricante para hacer valer la garantía del producto. Será responsabilidad del cliente cubrir los gastos de envío y manejar las comunicaciones con el fabricante para resolver la situación. Exclusiones No se aceptarán devoluciones de productos que hayan sido personalizados o modificados a pedido del cliente, así como productos de software o servicios post-venta que hayan sido activados o registrados. Reembolsos Los reembolsos serán procesados utilizando el método original de pago dentro de los 15 días hábiles siguientes a la recepción y verificación del estado del equipo devuelto. Los tiempos para la visualización efectiva en la cuenta del cliente pueden variar según el método de pago y la entidad bancaria.
