Restock Fee En el caso de que el cliente decida devolver el equipo tras abrirlo y sin ningún defecto de fábrica, pero simplemente por insatisfacción, se aplicará un cargo por restock del 15% sobre el valor del equipo. Esta tarifa cubre la depreciación del producto y los costos asociados con la preparación del producto para su reventa. Documentación Necesaria Para procesar cualquier cambio o devolución, es imprescindible que la persona que efectuó la compra presente su identificación oficial y una copia del comprobante de compra original. Productos con Desperfectos Técnicos Si un cliente recibe un equipo con defectos técnicos, deberá dirigirse directamente al fabricante para hacer valer la garantía del producto. Será responsabilidad del cliente cubrir los gastos de envío y manejar las comunicaciones con el fabricante para resolver la situación. Exclusiones No se aceptarán devoluciones de productos que hayan sido personalizados o modificados a pedido del cliente, así como productos de software o servicios post-venta que hayan sido activados o registrados.
